Transfer: Arsenal’s Jesus emerges top target for EPL rivals

Arsenal striker, Gabriel Jesus, could be set to leave the Emirates for Premier League rivals Everton.

The Brazilian has struggled to nail down a regular playing game time under Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s squad despite the lack of reliable options in the Gunners’ attack line.

However, according to Football Insider, Everton have now made Jesus a top transfer target for the club this summer.

But the Toffees are not willing to meet Arsenal’s £20million valuation for the 29-year-old attacker.

Jesus is down the pecking order behind the likes of Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz in Arteta’s squad.

His current contract with Arsenal will expire in 2027, meaning he has less than a year left in his deal with the Premier League North London club.

Jesus joined Arsenal from Premier League rivals Manchester City in 2022.
