Scientifically stating, bananas, watermelons, and even pumpkins are truly considered berries, while strawberries & raspberries are not actual berries.

Disclaimer: If you’re allergic to any of the things listed in the recipe, do well to avoid it, you can still enjoy your healthy diet without it.

Fun fact: Fruits are nature’s “eat me” signal. If it grew on a plant and has seeds, it’s a fruit. Therefore, cucumber, okra, pepper, and tomato are technically fruits, not veggies.

Also, there’s always a controversy about the two popular colours of apple, so here’s a fact;Green vs red, Green = slightly less sugar, more tart. Red = more antioxidants like anthocyanins.

Papaya / paw-paw: The digestion champion. Eases bloating, constipation, and heavy-stomach feeding.Contains vitamin A, Great for eyes, skin, and fighting infection.
