Blend Weather & Taste: A healthy delicious breakfast
The rainy season is here and so is spring for other places.
It's cold, you're late for school, work or a meeting, you need something nice, something warm, something healthy that wouldn't drain your strength.
Here's a nice noodle delicacy you can try to match the weather and keep your taste buds happy.
This healthy spicy noodles could be just the perfect recipe you need.
The ingredients, something you could easily grab from the the fridge, backyard and of course the kitchen.
There'll be alternative ingredients alongside, so, there's no excuse to why you cannot make this delicacy.
For this recipe you need :
- Chilli or Scotch Bonnet peppers
- Onion
- Green Vegetables: Use whichever either
Chives or Spring onion or Pumpkin leaves or Green peas or Green beans or Dried edible leaves (e'g: Thyme)
- Olive oil or Palm oil or Vegetable oil
- Dried fish or Canned fish to create a smoky flavour
- Boiled eggs or Scrambled eggs
- Crayfish or Shrimps
and most importantly the noodles.
Okay let's get started.
- If you plan to use boiled eggs you'd be putting it in the noodles as you precook your noodles for few 3-5 minutes.
- After precooking sift and remember to place your egg in cool water to easily take off the shells.
- Next up, place your pan on low heat sprinkle whatever oil you choose to use, add some onions, pepper and put in your fish, stir fry for 1-2 minutes and take out. ( If you plan to use scrambled eggs, you can crack your eggs into the pan and stir and soon as you take out the fish).
- place small amount of water in a pan, now put in your crayfish or Shrimps in the pan.
- Add your noodle salt, a pinch of seasoning cubes and the rest of the pepper.
- Now place your noodles in the pan, your veggie of choice with the rest of the onion.
- Stir, put in little amount of water and allow to simmer for a minute.
Voila!! You're done
Dishing process:
Noodle in plate with stir fry fish by the side and your boiled or Scrambled eggs also by the side.
