0:00 0:00

If you're been asked to describe what a healthy meal entails, what would you say?!

‎I believe a lot of us will be referring to the balanced diet in different ways

‎Well for me, here's what I consider a healthy meal.

‎Let's Go, but fun-fact: Carrots weren’t always orange. They started as purple, white, and yellow in Persia.

‎Yeah, Whether it's with rice, pasta or your an interesting main dish, this amazing tasty salad is just the perfect to-go for stepping down and balancing your dish.

‎Easy

‎Quick

‎& Tasty

‎What it's made up of should not make you weary or disturbed, as they're very much accessible, either from home or a nearby store.

‎So, for this amazing dish you'd be needing;

  • ‎Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • ‎Macarons
  • ‎Chili powder
  • ‎Avocado
  • ‎Milk
  • ‎Eggs
  • ‎Mayonnaise

Nutritional benefits:

‎Heart Health: Avocado delivers fats that lower bad cholesterol.

‎Sustained Energy: The combination of protein from eggs and healthy fats from avocado slows down digestion, providing long-lasting energy without blood sugar crashes.

Sharper Vision: Carrots and eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin, which are essential antioxidants that protect your eyes from age-related damage, this is also ideal for those with eye issues.

‎Muscle Repair: Hard-boiled eggs provide complete, high-quality proteins.

‎Radiant Skin: High levels of Vitamin A (from carrots) and Vitamin E (from avocado) promote skin cell regeneration, immune boost and natural hydration.

‎Digestion Support: Cabbage and carrots offer high fiber to aid gut health.

‎Reduced Inflammation: The fats in avocados and the antioxidants in cabbage help lower systemic inflammation throughout the body.

‎Cell Protection: Antioxidants in cucumbers and carrots combat cellular stress, amongst others.

You've seen how healthy and helpful this dish can be completely.

Come on ‎let me guide you through the process

Firstly, you'd begin with boiling your macarons and eggs for 5mins, then simmer,( if your brand of macarons have to exceed five minutes to get softer, do well to allow).

- Make sure your eggs are cooling down in a bowl of room temperature water.

‎Next up, you wash up your veggies from the cabbage, to cucumber.

‎Carefully slice open your avocado, take out the flesh and dice into chunky cubes.

Grate your carrots and cabbage.

‎Slice your peeled eggs and cucumber in slim circles and place aside.

In a big separate bowl, create your base by mixing mayonnaise and milk with a sprinkle of chilli pepper.

‎Divide the base in two and leave the bigger portion in the big bowl.

Place your grated carrots and cabbage into the bowl, add in your diced avocadoes and soft macarons then stir.

Lastly, nicely arrange your sliced eggs and cucumbers in the bowl and drizzle the remaining portion of the base over.

‎Serve along with your main dish either side by side or in a separate bowl.

‎Enjoy your nutritious bowl of goodness

‎Bon appetit!!
