Well, congrats,coz you just hit a nutritious idea, I believe should be just right for you, and if you please, may become part of your breakfast time table.
Join me make an easy and quick upgrade of your regular bread/bun, to a tasty healthy sandwich, with your very easy-regular ingredients:
For this loaf-upgrade, you'll need;
- Onions
- Cabbage
- Mayonnaise
- Eggs
- Olive oil
- Fish/ Beef/ Chicken
- Tomatoes
- Cheese ( Optional)
- Chilli pepper
This loafy goodness, with all it contains does well to give you the following benefits just in one munch.It provides a well-balanced combination of macronutrients and essential vitamins that fuel your body and keep you full.
Hard-boiled Eggs: Provide a complete source of protein containing all nine essential amino acids, and helps brain function and memory support.
Fleshy Protein (e.g., Chicken, Beef or fish): Delivers amino acids crucial for muscle tissue repair, recovery, and overall strength.
Sustained Energy & Fiber:
The bread/bun Supplies carbohydrates that act as the primary glucose fuel source to wake up your body and brain.
Cabbage & Onion Mix: Offers dietary fiber that slows digestion. This fiber prevents rapid blood sugar spikes, supports gut health, and aids regular bowel movements.

Okay, quickly let's continue with your onions and cabbage, wash and slice to thin, long pieces, then place in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
Next up, Neatly slice your eggs and tomatoes as they are to give a thin circular result.
Whatever fleshy protein mentioned above you plan to use, do well to prepare in this way:
- Wash thoroughly,
- Place little water season with ingredients of choice for flavour and allow simmer.
- Grab a knife and cut into slices, drizzle little olive oil on pan, sprinkle some chopped onions, throw in the sliced protein and stir ( at least 2 mins).
After all has been done, get ye thy loaf and slice into two equal halves.
Start the base with your Cabbage - onion mix.
- Followed by your protein stir.
- Top that up with the boiled eggs and tomato slices, and cheese.
- Finish off with a sprinkle of chilli.
Breakfast is served.
OR
You can give it a befitting Grand finale by drizzling oil in a pan, placing it and allow to warm up.
